As we age, we may become less active or need to change the ways in which we move because of health or other conditions. However, there are still ways to stay active as you age! This presentation by the Chickahominy Health District will provide examples of exercises that can be done while sitting or lying down, discuss the importance of staying active, review types of exercises that help with aging, provide tips to prevent falls, and share exercises that can be done wherever your body needs to be.
