All ages. Dance your way to better health. Research has shown that in addition to being a good form of exercise, dancing improves brain health and mood. Experienced ballroom dancer and instructor Elisabeth Tarodi will share how dance is beneficial to everyone at any stage of life, from childhood to adulthood. The program will include some basic dance instruction. No experience or partner needed.
